王垒,北京大学心理与认知科学学院教授、博士生导师。心理学及人力资源研究领域的专家,教育部高等学校心理学教学指导委员会主任委员。
为了反映过去20多年的诸多变迁,本书在第一版的基础上在多方面进行了修订。致力于反映现实管理中的客观现象和需求,以及相关的理论知识和应对方法。内容涉及激励理论、群体与团队、沟通、决策、领导力、冲突与压力以及组织变革与发展等。为了适应教学和多元化读者的需求,本版修订由原来的14 章扩充为20 章,结构做了重大调整,以体现内容的丰富性和前后逻辑关联。在形式上,本版在保持原有风格的基础上,将原有的“专栏”拓展为四类:“大师风采”“实践专栏”“学术专栏”“案例剖析”,既体现了前辈学者们的智慧贡献,也解读了现实实践中的知识应用,同时使读者有更丰富多样的阅读体验。为了方便读者及时总结每章的内容,在每章后面安排了“本章知识要点”,此外每章最后都提供了2 到3 个思考题,以供读者回顾、运用本章知识,并尽可能活学活用。本书不仅可以作为大学的管理心理学以及工商管理学科的课程教材,也可用于各类组织、企业的培训教材,或者也可作为人们自修职场管理中的心理学知识的读物。
